How it works
If you’re new to a pet waste service, here’s how it works. When you sign up with SafeStep, just select how often you want service – bi-weekly, weekly, or monthly. Pet owners with more dogs tend to sign up for more frequent services.
For weekly service (our most popular), we’ll arrive on the same day every week. You’ll receive a text message 30 minutes before our associate arrives for cleaning. Once we’re done, you’ll receive an email and picture of the closed gate, keeping your yard safe and secure.
