For most households with 1-2 dogs, we recommend weekly service. Homes with multiple pets or larger breeds may benefit from twice-weekly visits. We’ll help you determine the optimal schedule during your free consultation.

Not at all! Most of our clients prefer our technicians to complete the service while they’re away. We just need access to your yard. Many clients provide gate codes or side yard access, and we text confirmation when service is completed.

We provide service rain or shine! Our technicians are equipped to work in most weather conditions. Only in cases of extreme weather (lightning storms, severe flooding, etc.) would we need to reschedule, and we’d contact you immediately.

All collected waste is double-bagged, sealed, and properly disposed of according to Multnomah County regulations. We never use your trash cans unless specifically requested. Our disposal methods are environmentally responsible and fully compliant with health codes of City of Portland, City of Lake Oswego, Multnomah County, and other local regulations.
